All Playful Penny kits include shipping in the price - no extra charges apply. Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday). Once dispatched, your kit will typically arrive within 7-14 working days.
Your privacy is important: we only share the shipping information necessary for delivery with our trusted courier partners.

Your personal information is kept strictly confidential. Any details you provide for shipping or communication purposes will never be shared for marketing or other purposes. We only use your contact information to process your order, communicate updates, and ensure your kit arrives safely.

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are intimate, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on opened kits if you change your mind or choose your kit incorrectly, or on unopened kits after 7 days.

Our Legal Guarantees:

• 7-Day Returns: Online orders can be returned within 7 days of delivery only if the outer packaging remains completely unopened and factory-sealed (the buyer pays the return courier).

• Faulty Items: Genuinely defective items are strictly handled in accordance with the CPA's statutory 6-month window.

• How to report a fault: Email filia@playfulpenny.com with your order details and a quick photo or video of the issue.
